Please review and confirm the following Terms and Conditions for enrolling your child in our coding school:

  1. Age Range: Our coding school is open to children aged between 8 and 15 years. On rare occasions, we might make exceptions depending on the individual situation.

  2. Payment: To confirm your child's place, you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $95 upon registration. This amount will be deducted from the final tuition fees, which will be due after the first day of tuition. We accept all major credit cards for this payment.

  3. Class Size: Most of our classes are designed to ensure a quality learning experience by maintaining small class sizes. Each class accommodates no more than 10 students.

  4. Refunds and Missed Classes: Refunds are not offered for our courses, and make-up classes cannot be provided if your child is unable to attend. However, we record all live classes, so if your child misses a session, they can still access all the class content and materials at their own convenience.

  5. Course Details:

    • Java Course: Our Java courses span 11 weeks and consist of 11 classes, each lasting 90 minutes. These are taught at our location in Reisterstown, MD for in-person sessions, or via Zoom for online classes. Additionally, there will be 9 to 11 supplementary Zoom sessions, known as "office hours," each lasting 60 minutes, for both in-person and online classes, providing extra assistance and clarification.

    • Robotics Course: Our Robotics courses also run for 11 weeks, featuring 11 classes, each lasting 90 minutes, taught at our location in Reisterstown, MD.

    • Graphic Design Course: Our Graphic Design course running for 11 weeks with 11 classes, each lasting 90 minutes, taught at our location in Reisterstown, MD.

    • Minecraft Course: Our Minecraft courses are similarly structured, spanning 11 weeks and including 11 classes, each lasting 90 minutes, taught at our location in Reisterstown, MD.

  6. Behavior: We insist on a friendly and respectful atmosphere in our school. Any kind of bullying is absolutely unacceptable. If a student keeps causing disruptions, we may need to ask them to leave the program. Please keep in mind, we can't be held responsible for any injuries or damages that happen during class or on our school grounds.

  7. Promotion and Recording: By enrolling your child in our program, you're granting us permission to use your child's name, image, and projects for the promotion of our school. This might include your child's presence in video or audio recordings during online classes, office hours, or special events. These recordings could be shared with other students, their parents, and our teaching staff. Furthermore, we might share photos and videos featuring your child on our social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

  8. Use of Materials: We provide certain materials exclusively for the use of your child. It's important to understand that these materials are strictly confidential and are not to be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing or use of these materials to instruct others is a breach of our terms and conditions. Such violations could result in legal repercussions.

  9. Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to modify our program or rules as needed. Non-compliance with our terms may lead to cancellation of enrollment. Such decisions are made with careful consideration to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
